You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Products and Services
Titan Builds specializes in high-performance, custom-built computers. Product descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
5. Ordering Process
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Titan Builds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (for eligible orders) and more.
- Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (Ā£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made using the methods specified on our website.
7. Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur.
- Delivery Charges: Complimentary delivery is included for all UK mainland orders.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information, inability to receive the parcel, or failure to arrange a redelivery within the courierās hold period, the system may be returned to Titan Builds. In such cases, a redelivery fee will apply, calculated based on courier costs, insurance and handling - typically ranging from Ā£250-Ā£750 depending on destination.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Right to Cancel:
- Due to the bespoke nature of our systems, orders placed with Titan Builds are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Each system is custom-built to your exact specifications, making it non-returnable once the build process begins.
- However, as a gesture of goodwill, Titan Builds offers a discretionary 5-day cooling-off period from the time of order confirmation. During this period, you may cancel or amend your order unless you choose to waive this timeframe in your account settings. After the cooling-off period ends (or if waived), your order enters the production queue and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
- Return Process: As all systems are built to order, returns are generally not accepted once the build process begins. However, Titan Builds offers a discretionary five-day cooling-off period after purchase, during which you may cancel your order.
- To cancel your order during the five-day discretionary cooling-off period, please use the āCancel Orderā option in your account dashboard. This provides immediate cancellation if your build has not yet entered production. If you are unable to access your account, you may alternatively email support@titanbuilds.co.uk.
- After this period, cancellation is no longer available unless approved on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether procurement or assembly has begun.
- Refunds: If your cancellation is accepted within the discretionary cooling-off period and the build process has not begun, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Once components have been ordered or the build has started, cancellation is no longer possible and no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances, as determined by Titan Builds.
9. Warranty
All Titan Builds systems come with a 12 month warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before returning a system for repair. Titan Builds is not liable for any loss of data during diagnosis, repair, or system restoration.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Titan Builds or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
