How long will it take to receive my order?

All Titan Builds systems are made to order with hand-selected, performance-verified components. Typical build and testing takes between 5–8 weeks depending on configuration complexity and demand. You’ll receive regular status updates via your account dashboard.

Can I track the progress of my build?

Yes. Every customer has access to real-time progress tracking through their secure account portal. Updates include build stage, component installation, testing, packaging and shipment.

What is your returns and cancellation policy?

You have a cooling-off period of up to 5 days (unless waived) after placing an order. During this time, you can cancel or modify your order. After this, we begin sourcing components and assembling the system, at which point cancellations may no longer be possible. All returns must be authorized and comply with our Terms & Conditions.

How can I cancel my order?

Titan Builds offers a discretionary five-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel your order by logging into your account and selecting “Cancel Order” from your order history. If you experience difficulty accessing your account, you may also email support@titanbuilds.co.uk.

After this period, cancellations are only accepted under exceptional circumstances, provided the build has not yet commenced.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, during the cooling-off period. Once that period ends and component sourcing begins, changes are no longer possible. We encourage customers to finalize configurations with care.

What warranty comes with my system?

Every Titan Builds machine includes a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering both hardware and labour. If a component fails within its manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll handle the claim process for you. All repair work is carried out by professionals trained in ultra-performance systems.

What happens if my system is damaged during delivery?

All systems are shipped in secure, protective packaging using premium carriers. If any damage occurs, contact us immediately. Do not use the system until we’ve reviewed and verified the damage. Photos and documentation may be required for insurance and return processing.

Do you charge for delivery?

All orders shipped within the UK include complimentary tracked and insured delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Titan Builds currently ships within the UK. International shipping may be supported in the future-please contact us to register your interest.

What payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my system doesn’t power on or has issues?

If you encounter any issues upon receiving your system, please contact support immediately. Do not attempt repairs yourself. A trained technician will guide you through the next steps, including potential collection for inspection or replacement.

Will I lose data if my system is returned for repair?

Before sending your system for repair, we strongly recommend backing up your data. Titan Builds is not liable for data loss during repair or reinstallation. Many hardware issues may require the operating system to be reinstalled.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If your delivery is unsuccessful and the courier is unable to reach you or receive a signature, your system may be returned to our secure facility. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery may incur a fee to cover shipping, insurance and handling costs.
